Ground Hire Fees:

Gosford Little Athletics have taken over the hiring of Adcock Park from the Senior Athletics for training. Council have changed their fee structure so that we no longer hire the grounds with or without lighting.  There is one flat fee.  As such the fees for Summer (October - March) - season will be:

• Gosford Little Athletes or Gosford Senior athletes - Free for the season
• Non Gosford athletes will be $3 per session.

Lane Closures:

Council have closed lanes 1 and 2 to the outside track at Adcock Park. Whilst training at these facilities, please abide by these rules so that the ground can be maintained to its highest level.  Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Training will commence on Tuesday 10^th October. Athletes who are not members of Gosford athletics must pay a track fee of $3 per session. 

Athletes are to meet coaches out on the field in the folowing areas:

• Sprints near High Jump shed -Tyler
• Running/Middle Distance at the Southern end of track - Ryan
• Throws at Northern Discus Cage - Kelly & Steve
• Long Jump meet at the long jump pits - Noel

For safety reasons, NO BALL GAMES are to be played inside the fenced area. Athletes can wear running attire and do not have to wear their competition uniform.

Some of our coaches offer additional training as part of their private squad. If your child is interested in additional training, please ask the coach if they offer this service and what fees are involved.
