Program 1 - Walks for the U/9 and up start at 5:40pm; Program 2 - Javelin for U/11 and up starts at 5:30pm, 3k for U/13 and up starts at 5:45pm

Meetings are held on the first Monday of every month. All meetings are held at the Gosford RSL - 26 Central Coast Highway, West Gosford. If you are not a member of this Club just contact Stuart Farrant upon arrival and he will sign you in.
